After many years’ research and development, comprehensiving customer use experience, Duratight Carbon Riser has gained the features of high carbon, low sulfur, low nitrogen and no harmful impurities. After the development of smelting technics, it is a new product for improving technics and steel quality in steel-smelting. And now this product is widely used in such fields as foundry plants, brake pads and friction material production.

 

In the year 2003, we developed new technics, we solve the property of insufficient supply of the raw material, and now, our monthly supply ability mounts to 4500 metric tons. With the abundant stocks and stable supplying ability, we now become an appointed supplier of many trading companies and steel plants.

 

Our domestic customer include 131steel plants,68 casting plants and 47 brake pedal factories.

Duratight carbon riser also sells well and enjoys a good reputation in Japan, Korea, India, USA, and Europe etc. The quantity of users is increasing and application scope is expanding.

Duratight laboratory has many kinds of precise inspection instrument, among of them, we have sulphur content instrument which use chemical way to rapidly test the sulphur content within 10minutes. The specification test accords to the National and Ministry of Metallurgical Industry standard, we build the QMS proactively, cooperate with AQSIQ, to achieve perfect quality inspection.

 

Inspection standards in common use

 

1: chemical specification inspection for carbon raiser: according to YB/T1428-1997,GB1429-85, YB/T5189-2000,GB/T214-1996 standards.

2: grain size inspection for carbon raiser: according to “TYLERMESH” standard.
